The next Training Program is preparing for Summer races of all distances and even a Fall 2009 Half or Full Marathon!!!

Are you just beginning to run, or are you preparing to run your best Race? Or is it your first attempt at a longer distance race? Or are you experienced and now desire to achieve a new level, such as qualifying for their 1st Boston Marathon?? Before you commit to the training required, plan to give yourself the best chances for success! All of our previous members achieved Personal Records following our training program.
