Personal Training and Coaching

  • Targeted planning for specific goals. 
  • Assistance in the selection of apparel and or equipment. 
  • Goal setting.
  • Monitoring of plans including email or other electronic "check-ins".

Personal Training Programs

Option 1:


Individual Training Sessions - $55/session.  (Approx 1Hour) This does not include the extensive coaching support that comes with the training packages listed above.    

 

Option 2: 

4 week training periods - $100     Usually for runners that have previous experience, but now want to improve or take the next step in distance or speed.

·         1  one on one session during the Training Period to review and focus on a specific workout, ie Track, hills, racing, etc. 

·         Unlimited coaching via email and/or phone during the training period.  Many questions, issues, or concerns, will likely come up at different times and this is a great method to get advice/guidance quickly.   This allows the person “in training” to have access to our expertise on an ongoing basis outside of the individual training/coaching sessions.  Previous clients have found this forum extremely helpful because it enables continuous “Personal coaching” throughout the training period.


 

Option 3:

 

4 week training periods - $240  

·         1 - One on One sessions / week.   Each session will last a total of 1hour, and will include a portion of instructional training/coaching, Training Log review, and walk/run.  As you improve your conditioning, the running portion of the session will increase accordingly.   If scheduling a conflict occurs that requires a session to be missed, the session would be either added to the end of the period or made up in a subsequent week.   The sessions will meet at a convenient location, and may include running terrain of trails, roads, hills, trackwork, or a combination.

·         Unlimited coaching via email and/or phone during the training period.  Many questions, issues, or concerns, will likely come up at different times and this is a great method to get advice/guidance quickly.   This allows the person “in training” to have access to our expertise on an ongoing basis outside of the individual training/coaching sessions.  Previous clients have found this forum extremely helpful because it enables continuous “Personal coaching” throughout the training period.

 

 

Option 4:

Option 5:

Full Comprehensive Training Program to include a full season 12 weeks.  Total Package - $1300  invoiced in 3 monthly payments.

 

 Full guidance, training, and support to get you through your goal race.   One on One sessions would typically be more frequent during the initial phase of the program, and then scale back in frequency as you progress in your training. 

·         25 - One on One sessions to be used during the entire training period.   Each session will last a total of 1hour, and will include a portion of instructional training/coaching, Training Log review, and walk/run.  As you improve your conditioning, the running portion of the session will increase accordingly.   If scheduling a conflict occurs that requires a session to be missed, the session would be either added to the end of the period or made up in a subsequent week.   The sessions will meet at a convenient location, and may include running terrain of trails, roads, hills, trackwork, or a combination.

Refund Policy: 

Cancellation for any reason before half of a training period has expired;  refund 75% of the cost for the remaining portion of the training  period.

Cancellation for any reason after half of a training period has expired;  refund 50% of the cost for the remaining portion of the training  period.


Summer 2012
